Covilen Narsinghen is a senior legal consultant in a firm specialising in the field of information technology. He studied at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and then at the University of Birmingham.

In England for 21 years, he is now based in Hertfordshire. Covilen is the president of Mauritius Global Diaspora.

He has published numerous articles, discussing the political, economic and social challenges faced by fellow Mauritians.
